street noise mini-bar refills
I was initially pleased with the central location of the hotel but the noise at night became a problem. My room overlooked the street. I could hear everything. The complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch but it was never restocked despite my requests. It felt as though the service declined after the initial welcome.

central location delicious breakfast high noise unfilled minibar
i loved how central the hotel was. it was so easy to get around the city from there! the breakfast buffet was delicious. i really enjoyed the variety of options, and the staff were lovely and so attentive, everything was perfect.
our room faced the street, and the noise levels were quite high. it was difficult to sleep peacefully with the sounds of the city. the minibar was not refilled . i expected it to be restocked daily.

superb location patient staff lovely product tea selection
I found the hotel in a superb location close to attractions. Ilona checked my family in. She seemed patient. The lounge above Passeig de Gracia had a selection of tea. The bath products and pillows felt lovely.
The minibar items were not refilled , despite I request a refill.

Breakfast included made-to-order eggs and fresh orange juice. The staff gave restaurant recommendations. They also helped make reservations for lunch and dinner. This ensured convenient meal options.

The room included complimentary mini-bar items like coke and beer. There was water, chocolate, coffee, and tea. A balcony offered a view. The room was quiet with the doors closed.

The staff felt very helpful and professional. They gave me goodbye candies. They were attentive and altered us. This was due to street closures for the marathon.

The hotel offered a terrace, especially good during late evening. I could relax with wine and enjoy the mood. The location placed me in the heart of a shopping district.

welcome experience lovely area fresh juice
the staff offered bubbles upon arrival. my beautiful double or twin room had a nice amenities. the team offered help with my bags and a small gift upon departure. breakfast offered fresh juice and customized eggs.
the mini-bar items wasn't refilled . i expected more from that service, though it wasn't a big deal.
